Danialget the right csr and maybe never threaten to leave, a two yr cycle is built in, ditsues have shown that those who leave for greener grass, always return in 2 yrs, for .greener grass ( i know, stupid analogy but its all i got )but remember this, it takes engineering, manufacturing and distribution to release new hardware which is necessary to bring in new customers. If everyone received free equipment every time it came out. They would lose money and nothing would ever improve. Remember you were offered the best of what was available at the time. You cant get a new car just because yours is a few models old
RonaldoHi Nathan,There are deals to be found if you know where to look. Both major satellite icopanmes are definitely cheaper than cable and Dish Network is much less expensive than Direct. If you're looking for value, Dish Network is the best choice. According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), Dish Network had the lowest number of consumer complaints in the Cable and Satellite Industry. Here's a few advantages I found with Dish Network: * Better reception * More channels for the same price * Free in-home installation by professional DISH Network installers * Exclusive DISH Network programming * 100% all-digital signalI think you'll be able to make a better decision if you can see a side-by-side comparison of Dish vs cable which you can find here: |
