Whenever people see see e.g. a sky-lantern, LED-nightflyer or whatever else they can't identify due to unfamiliarity and/or unsusual circumstances, they saw already a UFO. Currently, millions of US people convert to the exo-ufoistical belief-system, because they see sky-lanterns (red/orange orbs) they can't identify; while people who launch sky-lanterns maximize the ufoistic effects of their vehicles.
